Spring Release

Please join us for our spring release weekend event - an annual educational wine tasting experience at one of the first teaching wineries in the United States. Staff and students will be on hand to discuss Walla Walla Community College’s Enology and Viticulture program and provide tours of our teaching winery.

Hot Off the Grill - Panini Sandwich Boxed Lunches

Our Culinary Arts chefs and students have created delectable boxed lunches to keep your energy up during the mad dash of Spring Release Weekend.  Afer all, it's especially important to eat while wine tasting!

Choose from shaved flank steak or grilled spring asparagus and assorted veggie paninis.  These $10 boxed lunches include the full meal deal with pasta salad, chocolate ganache brownie and a bottle of water to boot! 

If you're bringing a group through the valley for spring release, just call ahead with your boxed lunch order and we can have them ready at your convenience!  To order in advance, call 509.524.5170.

Spring Release Hours:
Friday:  11 AM – 5 PM  (Wine Tasting Only)
Saturday:  10 AM – 5 PM (Wine & Gourmet Panini Boxed Lunches Served)
